Home Equity Variable-Rate Line of Credit Loan Notes: Quoted rate is valid for the first six months of the loan. The rate will be adjusted to the regular published rate of 3.99% for the next year. The rate will be adjusted to the prime rate as published in the Wall Street Journal, 30 days prior to the annual interest rate adjustment. The rate adjustment is based on the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal with a margin of 1.00%. The rate cannot increase or decrease more that 2.0 percentage points in any one year period. The rate cannot fall below the regular published rate and not exceed 12.00%.
